The kids’ area was a highlight. Susu, the kids’ animator, was friendly, engaged, and helpful, and the children really liked her. The miniclub was bright and clean, with interesting activities and a comfortable sofa for parents. Celine’s Balinese massage was amazing, too, and everyone working there was friendly and polite. Our standard room had a double bed and a separate bedroom, which worked really well with a child, but housekeeping wasn’t satisfactory. It felt a bit claustrophobic: there was no view, just a neighboring building so close we could have looked into guests’ beds, poor ventilation, and it heated up fast. A machine, maybe an alternator, made noise around the clock. The windows were lower than we’re used to in Europe and couldn’t be tilted, only opened fully, which felt dangerous with a two-year-old.

The customer care team tried to nudge my partner into giving the hotel a high rating, though I don’t think it deserved the score they wanted. The buffet was decent, but much the same every day, with only two or three items changed. Rooms were okay-ish, and the staff were absolutely amazing, with the highest level of service. The hotel’s prison-like layout felt strange.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sealife Family Resort Hotel in Antalya. Traveling with a large group of children was easy because everything was well organized, and Susu, Deniz, and the rest of the team were friendly, attentive, and wonderful with the kids. The food had good variety and tasted good, and our rooms were clean and comfortable. A nice choice for families.

We felt so relaxed and comfortable that we added five more days to our stay. The service lived up to expectations, especially from the male receptionist and Karina, who greeted guests with a lovely smile every time. Thank you for making our visit so pleasant and comfortable. I’d keep this hotel in mind for another trip to Antalya. We were in room 324.

We were put in an old, rundown part of the hotel, with an awful balcony view, dirty walls, loose parts of the room, and window handles missing. The cleaners didn’t clean even when we left the sign out. The restaurant food was often cold, and some staff were rude. After reading good reviews online, I expected much better. We came here while doing IVF treatment and hoped for a luxurious stay, but this didn’t feel like five stars at all. I’m really unhappy and wouldn’t return or recommend it to family or friends. We stayed three nights.
