Madağ Bungalov

Breakfast here was the best we had in this region. The bungalows are cozy and clean, and the staff were fantastic. From the top of the tea plantation, the view of the Black Sea is amazing. Trust me, you won’t regret coming here. VIKTORIA.

We left happy, thanks to the hosts’ cheerful faces and warm welcome. The bungalows sit beneath the restaurant, and getting to them means going down tiring stone steps, so I’d suggest bringing light luggage. The access road is fairly easy, though almost 3 km is dirt track rather than asphalt. The views make you forget the drive. There were around six occupied bungalows, with about four more being built, on top of a mountain overlooking the Black Sea, mountains, and villages. Our room was very clean, with a small sitting area, wooden sofa and chairs, a little TV, and a fireplace. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure, and towels, shampoo, and soap were provided. There was also a mini fridge. Sleeping space was split between a large upstairs mattress with AC above it and a small single mattress downstairs. We booked a room with a Jacuzzi but didn’t use it, since it was on the balcony and didn’t feel private enough. The staff were respectful and friendly, and service was excellent and prompt. They don’t speak English, but we managed with Google conversation translate. Breakfast was included and amazing. Dinner was available for an extra charge, and the grills were spectacular. There’s a small gift shop, and card payments are accepted.
