Mavera Suit Bungalov

Such a lovely place, and the people are kind.

We stayed for two days and had a great holiday. The rooms were spacious and airy, and the jacuzzi was a big plus, definitely recommend it. The staff were especially attentive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and they take hygiene seriously. If I come to Rize again, Mavera will be my only choice ☺️

The staff treated us like family, and we felt completely at home. Their friendliness and attention, along with the cleanliness and atmosphere, went beyond what we expected. It was such a peaceful stay surrounded by nature, just right for getting away from the stress of city life. We want to come back as soon as we can. Thanks for everything, Mavera Family. See you soon ✨

We were two families, each with a separate bungalow booked for two nights. The first day went fine, and at that point we were excited about the holiday and thought we'd come back. But after going out on day two, we returned to find NO HOT WATER in either the jacuzzi or the bathroom. We reported it and got no useful response. The receptionist denied there was a problem, and after we messaged on WhatsApp that night, they turned off their internet. It's unbelievable, since the jacuzzi was a main reason we chose these bungalows. If we'd known there'd be no hot water, we'd have booked somewhere without a jacuzzi for a more reasonable price. Our siblings in the next room had no hot water either. We also wouldn't have picked this place if we'd known people smoked indoors. We're a non-smoking family with a baby, and it made us very uncomfortable. The smokers enjoying the breakfast area is a separate matter. We had no hygiene issues otherwise, but after all this, would I come back? NEVER…
