A few days before my stay, I got an email saying my reservation had been cancelled. The hotel said it was because of a health emergency, but Booking.com said it was due to overbooking. The booking still didn’t show as cancelled, and they even tried to charge me. I kept contacting Booking customer service until they cancelled it, so I avoided what felt like a last-minute scam.

There were pear and kiwi trees among all the plants and trees around the place, beyond the mountains covered in tea plants. There were also lots of ants, flies, and other insects, which isn’t surprising up in the mountains. We only stayed one night, and sleeping in a bungalow wasn’t comfortable for us, so it was hard to sleep. We only spoke with the owner to find out where the keys were.

The sunset view was especially lovely, and we were lucky to have such nice weather. Getting there means taking some narrow, hilly roads, which also makes the place quieter and more secluded :)

We were so taken with the place that we set aside a day of our trip just to rest and enjoy it. It felt like being right in the heart of nature, and it was lovely both during the day and at night. We were very pleased and found more than we’d expected.

The owner is very attentive, and we loved the bungalow. Its garden has pear, plum, cherry, kiwi, mandarin, and pine trees, with a balcony terrace too. The night lighting was a nice touch. You can ride down the slope in a wooden cart, and the whole place really feels like the Black Sea region. It’s an ideal spot to relax.
