A lovely place, with lovely owners too.

Booking the cottage over WhatsApp took just a few minutes, and we agreed on a price quickly. I stayed there in May 2032. The river was right outside, and the cottage was spacious and clean, which made for a special stay. The mattress was comfortable and the jacuzzi worked perfectly. Breakfast was delicious and rustic, especially sitting by the river to eat it. The host, his family, and relatives were polite and friendly, always smiling, and served me in several ways. It’s on the main street, fairly near amenities. I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms were roomy and clean, and the food was superb. Ms. Ufuk usually cooks the meals herself, and both she and Mr. Mustafa were excellent hosts. For breakfast, make sure to try the mihlama (a type of Turkish omelet). If you want local food, just let them know in advance. We tried anchovy pilaf, kale rolls, fried anchovies, pickled vegetable stir-fry, anchovy bread, and pumpkin milk pudding, and every dish was delicious. Their warm welcome makes you want to come back. Mustafa and his sister deserve a huge thank you. The bungalows were amazingly clean and thoughtfully set up, and the price was very reasonable. It felt like a perfect family atmosphere, with chickens, turkeys, cats, and colorful flowers all around. There’s everything you could want for a stay in nature. Don’t leave without having your morning milk, or you’ll regret it. :))
