That spectacular view was the one good thing about this place. The rest was a really bad experience, and I won't come back. The room's AC didn't work properly, and neither did the hair dryer or refrigerator. There was no tea or sugar, just two bottles of hot water. Room service was poor, and the restaurant food was bad.

The team was nice, the rooms were clean, and the food was really delicious. It's a very quiet place surrounded by amazing nature, and I really recommend visiting.

The view was great, but the rooms were dusty and unclean, so we had to clean them ourselves.

The staff were very friendly and the food was good. There was no reception or luggage help, though, and it was very hot in bed.

It was crowded, and the service team was short staffed. One guy was doing everything.
