The breakfast products were great, and the pool was very clean, though a little chilly. From the loungers to the shared areas, everything felt carefully considered. The room was spotless, smelled wonderful, and even had body lotion in the perfect bathroom. Comfortable beds, quality furnishings and the whole atmosphere made for a really pleasant stay. Ms. Reyhan was especially attentive and friendly, and the holiday notes and treats in our room were thoughtful touches. I've been visiting Cunda regularly for 5-6 years and staying at different hotels. I came across this place by chance, and didn't even realize it was newly established. But from the moment we parked, it felt like the stay would be different and thoughtful. I always check reviews, even for supermarkets, and read the lowest-rated ones carefully before booking, so if you're on the fence, take this into account. We've found our new favorite in Cunda and will definitely be back regularly. I could go on about all the lovely details.

We were genuinely pleased with our two-night holiday stay. The rooms were spotless, the staff friendly, and there were surprise treats. The location was another plus. It seems the hotel is still excited about being new, having opened in July 2025. Definitely one I'd recommend.

We picked this hotel for a two-day winter stay because we wanted an indoor pool. Problems started as soon as we got into the room. The tap water was literally boiling hot and burned our hands. We reported it to technical support. The TV had no internet either. We were told it would be fixed soon, but after two days there still wasn't internet. Technical staff came again, removed the TV, and then put it back with my help. It was absurd. They said the computer engineers were in Istanbul and couldn't help. It's 2026! The indoor pool area was freezing, and the technical team couldn't do anything about it. It was impossible to use in winter. The steam room was broken too. When we told management, they said, "Our pool system isn't very high quality anyway, this isn't a thermal spa." We weren't expecting a thermal spa, just decent service. We tried the Turkish bath instead, but when I suggested we at least use that, they simply said, "Okay, go ahead and use it." At first they didn't offer any soap. After we suggested it, they split one bar in half and said we'd have to share it. When we complained again, they brushed us off with, "The steam room isn't broken, you can go and use it." We were in the lobby at the time. They moved us into a room with a jacuzzi, which we appreciate, but it took two hours to get ready. We left at 4 PM and came back at 9 PM, still without internet. We waited until 1:30 AM for a solution, with the receptionist just looking at us and us looking back. We booked through Etstur and complained; when they called the hotel, the hotel denied saying anything like that, making us out to be liars. As we were leaving, the manager personally offered a refund, and since we'd received no service, we accepted. But their attitude changed once we had left. First they offered an unrelated two-night stay, then took it back, saying, "I didn't say anything like that." Finally, they withdrew the offer altogether and said, "YOU CAN'T COME BACK EVEN IF YOU WANT TO." So if you want to pay almost minimum wage for two days, get terrible service and then be treated like a liar, that's up to you.

For two days we had no Wi-Fi in our room, and the TV didn't work either. We were told the indoor pool was freezing because of infrastructure issues and that the steam room wasn't working. As an alternative, we asked to use the Turkish bath, but they only gave us half a bar of soap and told us we could use it for a certain number of minutes. That felt inadequate and unprofessional. They moved us to a jacuzzi room to make up for the problems, but it was hastily prepared while drilling noises continued. The room's deficiencies weren't fixed until 10 PM, and the internet and TV still weren't working. We spent the whole evening stuck inside with no internet or television. After all this, they offered two free nights sometime during the year. When we said we wouldn't stay there again even for free, they said a refund could be arranged. But after we left, they called to say a refund wasn't possible. The unresolved issues, delays and pointless arguments left us dissatisfied. We definitely can't recommend this place.
