Puğari Otel

It was a terrible night and a really bad stay. The room was very dirty, there was a bad smell inside the hotel, and the staff were rude. The towels were shredded, the pillows had yellow spots, and there was a blood spot on the blanket. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

Waking up to the sound of the river and being welcomed with a smile meant so much to us. Right beside the Fırtına River, we spent three wonderful days in peace. The hotel was clean and quiet, but it was the owners who stood out most. They treated us like we were visiting an old friend's home, and we felt the warmth and sincerity people talk about in the Black Sea region throughout our stay. Many thanks to Mr. Ali for everything.

What stayed with us most was how warmly the owners welcomed us. We felt at home with friends, not like customers. The hotel was spotlessly clean and centrally located, close to everything. We spent three peaceful days across from the Fırtına River, with a direct river view every morning. It was priceless.

The location is lovely and the breakfast was fresh and very good. The rooms, unfortunately, weren't clean: there were hairs on the bed and blanket, and something like yellow stains on the pillow. The room felt cold at first, though it warmed up later. If you're stuck, you could come here for the nice view.
