Ibrahim gave us a warm welcome even though we arrived in low season without a booking. He checked us in, showed us around before we settled in, and took time to explain nearby places to visit. He was humble and very tourist-friendly, which helped a lot. Hanifenur brought our breakfast. She didn't speak English, but made a real effort with translation tools and a smile, so the interaction felt personal and warm. Breakfast looked appetizing, was beautifully presented, and tasted just as good. The hotel is conveniently located near the main road, with good roads, easy access from Trabzon, and simple parking right beside it. It seemed newly built and well maintained, and our room was clean, with spotless sheets and towels. We had a really pleasant stay and would recommend it to visitors who appreciate kind people and feeling looked after.

I was there in the off season when it was quiet, and the owner made sure I got a wonderful dinner. When I couldn't find a taxi the next morning, he even drove me to the airport. The rooms are very nice, the view is lovely, and the staff are great. Wonderful hotel, thank you!

The rooms were cosy, comfortable, and spotless, a nice place to come back to after a busy day. Food was fresh, varied, and delicious. From the first moment, the staff were friendly, attentive, and glad to help with any issue. The service, atmosphere, and standard all left me with a great impression. I definitely recommend Rossi Luxury and would be happy to return.

The restaurant has a beautiful view, and the staff were amazing 😍. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and helpful. I'll never forget this hotel or the wonderful people there 🤍. It's the best place I've visited in Turkey.
