The place feels like a refuge from the world. There’s a real connection to nature and the rhythm of village life, with sincere hospitality and surroundings that leave you feeling restored. The ancient stone bridges and forest walls are distinctive, and ramps give full access to the private waterfall. It felt like paradise on earth, and the memories will last. We found Safir Doğa Evleri in the forested folds of Çamlıhemşin after traveling along the Black Sea coast, over mountain passes, and through tea fields. Its wooden chalets sit among tall trees, some by the river and others scattered through the woods. They feel like a little village from a fairytale. You wake to birdsong and the nearby river humming. Inside, the chalets have timber interiors, cozy bedding, wide windows, and natural light with views. It’s easy to slow down there, with time and space to breathe and no noise or rush. The meals were simple but memorable. Breakfast came with homemade jams, village eggs, crusty bread, and buttery pastries, all locally sourced. One evening we sat by the river under the trees, wrapped in a soft shawl and sipping tea, while the staff brought fresh trout, hand-rolled dolma, and steaming Black Sea cornbread. The food tasted honest and nourishing.

We spent five unforgettable days here, and the calm setting and beautiful scenery kept us relaxed and happy. The resort is exceptionally beautiful, and the cottage made the stay especially enjoyable for our family. We loved the delicious breakfast served each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, always responding quickly when we needed something, and they greeted us with smiles. My heartfelt thanks to the owner, my brother Hassan, and everyone working with him. We’re grateful we got to enjoy this place and will remember the visit fondly. It’s somewhere we’d happily return to again and again.

We were three people, and all of us loved the hospitality, the kindness, and the cozy room with its fireplace. The lodging, experience, and breakfast were the best of our whole trip. Mr. Hasan, the owner, and his assistant Mrs. Sungul were especially helpful and kind. There are a lot of steps, so it’s difficult for older people with knee problems. Still, it’s worth the trip into the mountains.

Ms.Sungul made us tasty breakfasts every day, and special thanks to her and Mr. Hassan, who runs this boutique hotel. Great work by everyone who made it such a relaxing place. Please don’t hesitate to go. Just be aware there are too many stairs for people with disabilities or knee problems.
