For our honeymoon, we paid 2000 TL for the airport transfer, but on the way back they didn’t take us to the Rize bus station, so we had to make our own arrangements. They were surly, and it felt like they gave us anything we requested reluctantly. The views and tours were the only good parts of the trip. Our room wasn’t decorated on the first day, so we had to stay in another one. After we raised the issue, they decorated a different room, where we stayed the next day. The rooms weren’t clean or hygienic, and ants and flies kept us from sleeping. The jacuzzi was dirty too, so we didn’t use it. Breakfast and dinner were basically french fries, and we were fed up with that. Dinner had no variety, with just one kind of small portioned dish. We regretted choosing this for our honeymoon. Don’t make the same mistake or be taken in by the good reviews online, you’ll only be disappointed.

We were very satisfied with our 5 nights and 6 days here. For the price, it was excellent and very reasonable. The food and breakfast were really good, and the lady who prepared everything was a great cook. Thanks for everything :)

The room was filthy, and they didn’t clean it during our 5 days at Hidden Paradise. Nothing complimentary was provided, and the shower and jacuzzi water was disgusting. When we asked for a ride downstairs, they told us it was a 15-minute walk. We’d picked a honeymoon suite, but when we arrived, none of the things promised for that suite were there. The service was completely different from what their website described. Breakfast was the same for 4 days, french fries, eggs, tea, olives, and cheese. In Rize, we expected some mihlama, a local dish. Dinner was usually leftover rice or something similar. We were humiliated for what we paid and are leaving. Absolutely don’t come here.

We came for our honeymoon and now we don’t want to leave. The waterfall’s lovely sound, the scenery, and the natural beauty are things I won’t forget. We chose the tour package and had such a fun, peaceful time. Be sure to visit Ayder Plateau. We hope we can come back soon.

The owner and staff were very attentive, and we were delighted with our stay at Hidden Paradise Bungalow. The rooms were clean and the view was spectacular. It’s a magnificent bungalow for a summer or winter trip, with highland excursions and lovely memories with the people you love. We recommend it to everyone.
