Awful breakfast, and we were charged extra for it. There weren’t many options, no hot water, and if you’re up late there are no tea or coffee breaks. I spent the night sitting in the lobby and heard lots of people making the same complaints about the TV, water cuts, hygiene, food, and other things. I’m not even a clean freak, but I still bought a return ticket just like that 🥺☹️ Total disappointment!

The food was the same every morning, with cold fried potatoes, and breakfast was really poor. There was no free internet in the room, and it didn’t even have sheets. The bathroom was nowhere near clean, and there was mold in the refrigerator. Staff weren’t prepared, didn’t know English, refused to give us food, and were aggressive and unwilling to help. The underground pool felt like 50°C and it was hard to breathe. The worst experience ever. I spent five days in hell here. Do not go to this hotel!

They treated us terribly, especially the hotel manager, and our mobile was stolen from a locked locker. Shame on you!
