The photos in the listing didn’t reflect reality, and the room was dark and depressing, with no sunlight or proper ventilation because it faced an air shaft. There were insects in the room too, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Despite the obvious problems and my complaints, they refused to refund me. They showed no real concern for my comfort and made no serious effort to fix things. The attitude felt careless and unprofessional. It was a frustrating, misleading experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was great, and the place was clean and comfortable during my 15-day stay. The staff were respectful and friendly. Thanks to everyone, it really deserves five stars.

Shops and the city centre are close by, and the hotel is very clean and family-friendly. The staff were polite and professional. Special thanks to receptionist Yusra for her kindness and excellent service. She paid close attention to us, especially with our children. She promised us a promise!, and we hope she won’t forget it on our next visit!, God willing.

Yusra and Bitar were the best part of the stay, so kind, helpful, and always smiling. They made me feel welcome and checked that I had everything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the location felt convenient and safe. I had a wonderful stay, and will definitely return and recommend the hotel. Thanks for the excellent service!

The apartments are set up with kitchen utensils, a washing machine, an iron, and all the essentials, so we didn’t have to buy anything. The location is spot on, close to a mosque, metro station, restaurants, markets, and a shopping mall. It’s also very family-friendly, with excellent service and genuine care for guests’ comfort. The cleanliness and attention to detail really stand out. Thanks to Mr. Obada, the hotel manager, for consistently following up and working to keep guests happy, and to the reception team for their kindness and professionalism. Prices are very reasonable compared with other hotels, making for a comfortable, complete stay. I’d highly recommend it, especially for families. 👌
