Biodenge Hotel

The location is perfect and the food was tasty. It's a nice place, though the room wasn't very comfortable.

The rooms were tiny and dirty, and we had a terrible time. They said there was a pool, but it was closed. They also said breakfast was included, but all there was was a breakfast plate, with no lunch or dinner. When we asked for our money back, they started an argument and came toward us aggressively. It was a complete disaster, and we're full of regret for going. The woman especially made a problem over the money. She said the shower area was wet, even though we'd only washed our feet there. Because of that slight dampness, they deducted 1,000 TL from the 4,000 TL daily rate. They ruined it for us. Nobody should swear at a customer. I don't recommend this place to anyone, and we wasted our money. Don't go.

Our room was number 9. The staff were very friendly, and the Turkish coffee at welcome was a nice touch. The hotel is 100 meters from the beach, and you can walk along the coast from the İDO ferry terminal in 15 minutes. Breakfast was nice and enough for us. We stayed in July, and the fan did the job, but there was no air conditioning for anyone expecting it. There was no water, kettle, or tea in the fridge, even as a complimentary extra. The toilet door scraped the floor and was hard to close, and there was no shower cabin or curtain. I believe the accommodation fee was high.

We had a peaceful family holiday and spent the day by the pool. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the pasta was delicious, with big portions at very reasonable prices. We really liked the family who run the place and the attentive, friendly staff. Everything felt perfect to us. We'll be back often from now on.
