Davut made the stay feel smooth and enjoyable with his professional, friendly service and willingness to help. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I had a great stay and would happily return and recommend the hotel.

I’ll definitely come back when I need somewhere close to the airport. Even after my plane arrived late at night, getting here by taxi was quick and easy. The staff were incredibly kind at all hours, and after checkout they called me a taxi so I could get to the metro. Breakfast was just what I needed. One surprise: my room was across the street from a mosque, so be ready to hear the prayer announcement at night. I hadn’t realized that.

For a 12+ hour layover, it was good value. The hotel was $40 for one bed, and breakfast cost another $10 after 7:30am. A restaurant next door had cheaper food. A taxi is $15-$20 each way. Ask for a room away from the street because the hotel is next to a highway and it’s very noisy. Rooms have a fridge, smart TV, hair dryer, water heater, and aircond.

I felt taken advantage of, especially being alone with nowhere else to go that late. I arrived late at night to find that the hotel had given my room to someone else without telling me. I was left stranded, and every other hotel was full. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, with no alternatives or solutions. It got so stressful I called the police, but they said they couldn’t intervene because there had been no physical altercation. I didn’t get into a room until 1 AM, then had no choice but to stay the night and checked out first thing in the morning. They charged me €30 for a poor-quality standard room, which I strongly suspect had originally been kept for staff. At breakfast the next morning, I politely asked a staff member for a fork. They told me it was “self-service,” but I could clearly see staff helping other tables. The treatment was inconsistent and unprofessional. This was completely unacceptable. I have the booking details and staff names and will escalate this further and share what happened on other platforms. Avoid this place at all costs.
