Garner Hotel Istanbul - Airport Arnavutkoy by IHG

On a freezing winter day, Mariam welcomed us with the warmest smile, and Helal took great care of us at breakfast. Sophia suggested the pistachio dessert, a fun detour for our taste buds, in the best way. The team was warm and always smiling, and they anticipated what we might need before we even asked. The service was truly unmatched. An outstanding stay from start to finish, 10/10 recommend.

Breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We stayed two nights at the Garner Hotel in Istanbul with my parents before our international flight, and its location near the airport made it a great choice. Most of all, the staff were kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable, especially with my elderly parents traveling with us. It was a pleasant, stress-free stay. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again.

We were impressed by the clean, comfortable room and the beautiful hotel. The restaurant and bar served excellent food, it was so good. We’d highly recommend the place. My wife and I had to book one night at the Garner Hotel because of a mistake she made on Booking.com. The manager Bilal was fantastic, friendly, and the sort of person who goes out of his way to help. Everyone from the kitchen and chef to the front desk was great. Sofia, the waitress, was such a sweetheart and unforgettable. We also walked from the hotel to stretch our legs and see what was around. It was incredible to see local people coming home from work or school and going shopping. It was a lovely way to feel the pulse of this part of Istanbul.

We loved the hotel. It had what we needed, and was very convenient for a long layover when you want to stay close to the airport. Everyone at reception was kind from the moment we arrived, and our room was super comfortable. A special shout-out to Sofía from the restaurant. She was so attentive and recommended delicious dishes. We definitely recommend the hotel!
