The breakfast was disappointing, with little choice and poor quality, and the room we were moved to had been changed because the air conditioning in the original one was broken. That should have been sorted out before we arrived. We had given our check-in time ahead of time, but the room was cold and unwelcoming when we got there. There was no hot water, and I didn't feel comfortable showering. For somewhere advertised as four-star, that was unacceptable. In my experience it deserved no more than two stars, and this was one of my worst hotel stays. It might do for a quick one-night stop, but I wouldn't bring my family here. The whole stay was unpleasant and disappointing.

For the price, this is a nice hotel, and it's close to the airport. The staff were very friendly. Recommended.

Volkan was a great person, and we had a really good time staying here. The rooms are furnished nicely, the people are great, and the location is good. Thanks a lot.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after. I had a wonderful four-night stay, with lovely cafés and delicious Turkish food nearby. Yonca at reception was especially friendly and helpful. The location also worked well for me, not far from the airport. I'll definitely stay here again on my next Istanbul visit. Highly recommended!

The hotel manager's response was to say they had changed our room and that we could leave if we wanted, with the fee refunded. That felt like a joke of an apology. About an hour after my wife and child checked in, the shower cabin glass shattered on its own. My child's hands and feet were cut in several places. I keep thinking what could have happened if the glass had hit him. I'm sharing this so people know what can happen at a poor-quality hotel you can't assess in advance. I've experienced it myself, so please be more careful when choosing a place to stay. I don't think even the most underdeveloped country has a hotel and manager like this.
