For me, the people behind a hotel matter more than the building, and Cüneyt really wins you over. He’s approachable, quick to solve problems, and not at all arrogant. I wouldn’t stay just anywhere in Mardin even if it were free, but I’d come back for his hospitality. The hotel was spotless, the staff helpful, and the terrace lovely. We had a really enjoyable holiday.

The historic Stone Mansion rooms are roomy, and the price felt reasonable. Its location is the most central for a stay in Mardin, which is why we picked Pasha Mansion. Everyone was friendly, especially Cüneyt, whose polite and warm manner we appreciated. We’ll choose it again on our next trip.

We’d already tried 20 hotels in the center of Old Mardin during the busy holiday period and had no luck. Just as we were getting ready to head back, we contacted this hotel. They made up a room they don’t usually use, and the staff took great care of us. It’s right in the middle of the market, and we were happy with the stay. Thanks!

That terrace view in Old Mardin was so good we could’ve stayed up there all day. Cüneyt was attentive, and everyone’s warm, smiling manner gave the place a real family feel. We were very happy here. If you need somewhere to stay while visiting Old Mardin, I’d pick this place without a second thought. Thanks again 😍
