Karam Hotel

There's a restaurant with tasty food at reasonable prices, plus a pool and showers on site. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed, and the whole place was tidy. There's its own parking and a charging station for electric vehicles. It's centrally located and one of the more attractive hotels in the area. They hand out half a chicken, and there's a bar nearby. I definitely recommend staying here for a holiday.

After dinner by the seaside with my partner, we couldn't find an Uber in the area, and we had a flight back to London to catch. At the hotel, Recep at reception sorted out transport back to the airport much faster than we expected. He's a calm, kind man, and his help was a huge relief when we needed it. We're very grateful and will remember the excellent assistance. Thanks, Recep, all the best to you and to everyone who gets to benefit from your great work. We were only there one night before our flight, but staying by the Black Sea made it feel like our holiday had been extended. Our room had big windows and comfy chairs so we could enjoy the sea view. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and updated. Breakfast was freshly made and plentiful, and the staff were professional, helpful, and spoke English. We didn't have time to use the pool or spa, and it was too cold to swim anyway. The airport is about 30 minutes away. Most taxis take cash only, though you can call one and pay through Uber.

The room, service, and location were all great. Making a reservation through the website didn't work, though, and when I checked in, the price was twice what the site had listed. I ordered the "Dalles" ribsteak meal, but the steak was thin and overcooked, with plain rice and just a handful of fries. It was the most expensive meal I had in Turkey, even pricier than the last four 400g steak meals I've had in the USA.
