The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and Sofía at breakfast deserves a special mention. She was attentive, always smiling, remembered what we liked after the first day, and had our table ready each morning. That kind of personal warmth is rare. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had in Turkey, with lots of choice, fresh food, good coffee, Turkish and international dishes, made-to-order eggs, pastries, fruit, and cheeses. The hotel felt brand new, with modern design, quality materials, comfortable beds, and rooms that were spotless and quiet. The soundproofing was excellent, and we had everything we needed, including strong Wi-Fi, good air conditioning, comfy pillows, and a rainfall shower. Its location right by the airport was a huge help on our short layover or business trip, whether arriving late or catching an early flight. Being just minutes from the terminals made things so much easier and less stressful than staying in the city centre. For the facilities, quality, and service, the price is ridiculously good value. I’ve stayed in plenty of Istanbul hotels over the years, and this is one of the best experiences so far. I’d return in a heartbeat and am already recommending it to friends and colleagues travelling to Istanbul. 10/10, highly recommended. Thanks to the whole team for an excellent stay.

The hotel is right across from Green mosque, and it worked well for a comfortable airport stop. The room was clean, and the food had both continental and Turkish choices. The staff were welcoming, especially at the front desk, where they made a real effort to keep guests comfortable. I’d recommend it if you need to stay near the airport.

Sofia from Guest Relations was especially helpful and kept things running smoothly throughout my two-night stay. The hotel itself was clean, with roomy, comfortable rooms and great service. I had a very good experience and would recommend it to anyone staying near the airport.

Breakfast had fresh breads, cheeses, and tasty Turkish specialties, and check-in took just minutes with a warm welcome from the staff. We loved our one night in Maltepe. The room was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable, and the sunset over the sea was beautiful. It was a handy base for our quick Istanbul trip, and we’d book again if we’re in the area.
