World Class Airport Hotel

The 24/7 transfer service, including a child seat, made getting around easy, and room service was available around the clock with delicious food any time. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of variety. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout. A smooth, pleasant stay at a world-class airport hotel near Istanbul. I'd happily choose it again.

Stay away. After three visits, I experienced unprofessional and even threatening behavior from the staff. An inappropriate intern made my girlfriend extremely uncomfortable, and when we raised it, the staff responded aggressively instead of showing concern. They also refused to take card payment, saying it was to “avoid tax,” and pushed us toward bank transfer in exchange for a discount. I found the place unethical and unsafe. There are more honest hotels nearby, so spend your money somewhere you feel respected as a guest.

It's a quiet location, and the rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The bathroom has plenty of space and is well equipped, with wonderful water pressure. The AC was good, and the internet mostly worked well. Breakfast was fair, though I think it would be better if they dropped it.

After a long flight, I was tired and ended up paying for a room at a much higher rate than the guy with the eyeglasses had first discussed with me. I know a little Turkish, and he doubled the price. That completely broke my trust. I don't recommend staying here.
