We were unsure after reading the mixed reviews, but some of the negative ones didn't seem justified to us. Our two bedroom family suite villa had plenty of space for us and our two kids. Upstairs, the bedrooms had gorgeous sea views, and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable, and staff answered our questions promptly and kindly. It's up on a hill, with a few steep sections, but the roads are paved and we had no trouble driving there. Hilly roads are part of what makes this country so distinctive and beautiful. I highly recommend staying here in Trabzon.

The location is excellent, with breathtaking, almost heavenly views that feel very romantic. The host cancelled our paid breakfast because there weren't enough guests.

The kitchen lacked enough utensils, and the bathrooms were small. The stairs also didn't feel safe for children, the door locks didn't work, and the Wi-Fi was slow. There was no room or villa cleaning, despite that being advertised, and we couldn't find breakfast or a nearby restaurant either. I'm very disappointed with this place, two stars at most.

The view was amazing, which is why I gave it one star, and I also gave the service one for the breakfast. But there's no buffet in the villa, and getting off the bus made me dizzy. The village people were very nice and peaceful, though the place itself felt scary. The water was really dirty, as were the walls and fridge, and there were bugs all over the villa. The handles were broken too. There's also a cat that isn't being fed, and it kept following us like a hungry cat.

If you want privacy and a quiet stay, this place is a good fit, especially if you're driving rather than taking a taxi. It's peaceful, nice, clean, and well maintained, with a good, safe car park. Mohammed was there and was super helpful and handy.
