I really liked the bathtub, and the hilltop location was what I had been looking for. In Arsin, though, that position turned out to be a downside because getting a taxi up there is very difficult. The rooms weren't very clean overall, and for some reason the floor stays wet. If bugs bother you, don't stay here.

The view brought us back after our first family stay in 2019, and we returned in 2021. It's a peaceful place with very good service and friendly staff.

The villa felt run-down and wasn't clean, and there was no service. Breakfast was basic. Its location felt scary and it's far from downtown.

The reception team and other staff were kind and supportive. The villas are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making this a great place to stay in Trabzon. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels. Arman at reception was polite, helpful, and great.
