We had a horrible experience at deniz aile pansiyonu. Despite “aile” meaning family in Turkish, they treated my family disrespectfully. They complained about my baby cousins and baby siblings every day, even though the place is meant to accommodate families with babies. When we were leaving, they told us, “It doesn't matter if you're leaving, our rooms are full.” Reception staff smirked and laughed at us as we left. The rooms weren't clean. The sheets and pillows had stains, including a red mark on my pillow that looked like blood, which they tried to cover with a pillowcase. My blanket had yellow stains, the toilets smelled like a sewage leak, and the floors were so dirty we had to clean them ourselves. We came to relax and have a nice holiday, not clean the place ourselves. I can assure you that the reviews praising this place are bogus. A place this dirty wouldn't have good reviews unless they were made up. I wouldn't recommend it. There are plenty of better places if you want a stress-free holiday.

The rooms were disgusting, and our bathroom smelled as if there were a sewage leak. If hygiene matters to you, I wouldn't recommend staying here. The service was absolutely terrible. Because it's not a five-star hotel, they seem to assume customers are “poor” and treat them badly. I also know people who have stayed here and said the same things, so I think the positive reviews you're seeing are probably fake.

My husband and I stayed here all summer and enjoyed every bit of it. The staff were wonderfully helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The pool is open to everyone, and the beach is within walking distance. Whenever we had a question or needed help, someone took care of it right away. Thank you!

A quiet, relaxing apartment hotel with plenty of space and very clean rooms. The staff are helpful, and there's a pool and bar. The beach is only a few minutes away.
