I had high expectations, but was disappointed and left within 10 minutes without ordering anything. At a place where a cocktail costs 700 TL, this kind of carelessness is unacceptable. Nobody showed me to a table or came to take my order. I had to find a seat myself, and the chairs were wet with no warning sign. The staff were indifferent, and it was hard to tell who worked there and who was a customer.

We felt excluded as a family with children, and were very upset that we couldn’t use the hotel’s shared areas during our vacation. I hope the hotel will take this seriously and explain what happened. We had a cold, indifferent welcome from check-in. Then, while we were sitting in the garden that evening, staff told us there would be a DJ performance and children weren’t allowed in that area, so we couldn’t use the garden. They mentioned a “police checkpoint” and said it “wouldn’t be aesthetically pleasing,” which in effect sent us back to our room. We were also told the spot we were sitting in was a private booth. We explained we were hotel guests, not people coming in from outside for the DJ event, but were still asked to leave. Later we were allowed to stay, but the whole experience was upsetting. If events restrict children or families from using common areas at certain times, that should be made clear when booking. We could have chosen differently if we’d known in advance.

The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast platter comes with local spicy bread. Prices currently run from 8000-12000 Turkish Lira, including breakfast and musical entertainment. I didn’t stay in a room, but asked for some information. If you want to have breakfast by a beautiful river, this is a great option. You can choose this place with peace of mind.

The restaurant has a lovely design and view, and breakfast was delicious and really enjoyable. The staff were attentive, especially the very friendly owner. I went for breakfast after someone recommended it, but didn’t stay at the hotel. I usually check ratings before visiting, and this time I was surprised. The low rating made me hesitant, but I wasn’t disappointed. Maybe it’s left over from the past, or perhaps it has to do with the hotel. Based on the place I saw and the service I received, I think it deserves five stars. That’s my general rating. Definitely recommend.
