The Breeze Hotel

The staff are very friendly, and both the location and rates are excellent. If you're visiting from another country, bring a banknote from home. The staff have a really good collection of notes from different countries.

The room was clean and comfortable, and spacious, though it was old. For a one-night stay, it does the job. We chose it because parking was said to be available and we wanted breakfast at the hotel. The parking wasn't part of the hotel, though. It was supposedly a ten-minute walk away, and we couldn't find it, so we parked on the street overnight. Breakfast had very few options, which was disappointing. We requested an AC unit, but the old one only worked like a fan, even at its lowest temperature.

We picked this hotel knowing it wasn't very close to the train station, Gar, or the nightlife. We wanted a peaceful, quiet night, and that's what we got. Despite the negative comments, we stayed one night and left with a positive impression. The staff were kind and helpful, even giving us good addresses. The rooms are very spacious for a typical three-star hotel. The WC, AC, and outlets all worked, the sheets were clean, and the Wi-Fi was really strong. Breakfast was great, with homemade pişi and cake, unlike at other hotels.

I booked through obiletl for two people at 1600t. The listing said the rooms had AC, but ours didn't. Staff told us all the rooms with AC were full and this was all they could offer. They agreed to provide a fan after we argued, but no fan was brought during the day or night. I'd rather pay more than 2000tl and stay somewhere better. The one star is only because the staff agreed to let me check out an hour later when I asked.
