The room had no mirror, just one hanger, and I would've liked at least one bedside lamp. Still, it was a good hotel choice. The front desk ladies were kind and helpful, and I appreciated the location, the big clean room, its trash can, the generous shelf and closet space, the lighting, and the great customer service. I'd give it 4.5 if I could.

The hotel is being refurbished right now, but the standard is still very high and the staff are incredibly cordial. Gul at reception supported us wholeheartedly, and I loved that. My family gives it five stars, and I recommend it to everyone.

We spent four days at Sehir Rezidans Hotel in July-August 2024 and had no complaints. Thanks so much to Gözde, İlayda, Cennet, and Gül. They were there whenever we needed anything.

The parking arrangement matters a lot in this area, where finding a spot is difficult. The hotel has an agreement with a parking lot. It's clean, well located, and the staff are very nice.
