The room was clean and quiet, but I wouldn't recommend this place, it's ok at best. The sheets were worn, there was an open plug in the bathroom, and two guests had to share one shower gel and shampoo. The toilet paper roll was less than half full. Not what you'd expect at a three-star hotel.

The location is good, just two minutes from a tram station. The room was decent, but sound carries through the walls. At 2am I could hear the person above walking around in heels and taking a shower.

I usually recommend this hotel, but my arrival on December 21 around 5 p.m. changed that. The receptionist said they were full and had no rooms, even though booking sites still showed availability. I don't know whether they were aware of the listings or the receptionist simply didn't like me. It was an unpleasant experience, so I went to another hotel.

For what it costs, this place feels really high quality. The hotel is stylish and luxurious, too.
