The staff were friendly and helpful, and the flowers and trees made the place feel lovely and green. We stayed two nights with the kids; our room was clean, though the TV didn't work. We still had a good holiday for a good price.

There was no dinner available, and our booking for four came with towels and slippers for only three, after we had to ask for them. The extra beds were unstable and uncomfortable, ants were everywhere, and the rooms were dirty. Our room wasn't ready when we checked in, and the cross trainer was filthy with a broken screen. Everything felt low quality, even the soap. We were so disappointed.

A real gem. The restored hotel is part of the Turkish Republics' industrial history, housed in an old textile factory. It's fascinating, more than just a hotel.

The view was good, the place was clean, and the service was good. Breakfast is served outside.
