No hot water for a shower, and the place smelled bad. The sheets were filthy, the towels very old, and there was only one roll of toilet paper. Everything felt outdated and far too dirty to be suitable for people. Even a homeless hostel would be cleaner. Don't stay here; it could ruin your holiday, and you'll end up spending more elsewhere.

The breakfast situation was absurd: it didn't start until after 10, so we left without eating, and there was nobody at reception at 10. We weren't told anything about breakfast, and when we left we had to search the kitchen just to find someone who could take the key. Instead of apologizing, they posted baseless claims in their response, as though they'd been there themselves. The hotel doesn't seem to have proper staff. It's also a bit away from the center, though getting there is no problem by car. The rooms feel like an average guesthouse rather than a boutique hotel, with old, unironed sheets. The price is ridiculously high for the quality. We booked because of the high ratings, but I suspect the reviews are fabricated. This place doesn't deserve those ratings.

We waited in the garden for at least half an hour after the kitchen staff, whom we asked around 10, said breakfast would be ready soon. Nobody served us, and there was no one at reception to take the key, so we had to call someone from the kitchen. On arrival, reception hadn't told us the breakfast hours, and in the morning we couldn't find anyone preparing breakfast or available to explain what was happening. Rather than apologize and put things right, the manager claimed we were lying. Since the manager wasn't there, they could check the cameras or ask the kitchen staff what happened instead of making things up. The hotel is a bit out from the center, but driving is fine if you have a car. The rooms feel like a mediocre guesthouse, not a boutique hotel, and the sheets were old and unironed. For this quality, the price is ridiculously high. We picked it because of the high ratings, but they seem fabricated. It really doesn't deserve them.
