BEWARE, this was awful. Do not book. The photos are so well taken that they can be misleading. Our upgraded room was dusty and clearly hadn't been cleaned. The bed and sheets disgusted and disappointed us, and it looked like someone had already slept there. There was no receptionist at the hotel, and we waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive. We asked for our money back, but the owner hasn't returned our calls. I've stayed in more than 20 places in Cappadocia, and this was by far the worst. An establishment this dirty and neglected should be subject to government checks. Save your money and your experience. Look at that bed and those sheets. You can thank me later.

The people working here treated us like friends, and the hotel changed how we experienced Capadocce. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks, Muhammet, Mahmoud, Yacine and Ender.

The staff were helpful and really friendly, and breakfast was good. This is a pretty local hotel in Avanos, simply furnished but nicely decorated. It's in a great spot, close to restaurants but still very quiet. I'd recommend staying in Avanos over the more touristy nearby towns.
