The location was far from everything, which is why I gave it 2 stars. The staff, though, were fantastic and very competent, and the food was awesome with a great choice for dinner. When I had a problem with the room phone, reception were really helpful. Great hotel and people.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and very hospitable. Riza, the FnB manager, became a great friend to us. Highly recommended for a visit.

The room was comfortable and good, but customer service could improve. We left at 6 am for a balloon ride and got back just after 9 for breakfast, only to find it had already closed. It would help guests who head out early for balloon rides if breakfast stayed open until 9.30 or 10 am.

We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here over two days, and every meal was a pleasure to look at before we even started eating. My family and travel companions all spoke highly of the food at Cappadocia Mihran Sultan Hotel. Chef Mertcan Celix did an outstanding job with the buffet presentation. Riza and the dining room staff also made the atmosphere warm and pleasant. Our group even recommended that others come specifically to dine here and ask for Riza. Thank you. I came from Malaysia and had a great experience here. The service from all the staff was good, and Riza was excellent. I’d gladly come back.
