La Perla Kemer All Inclusive Hotel

The rooms were clean, but the hotel itself isn't in the best location. The beach wasn't great either, and there weren't enough sunbeds. Food was the main issue: the selection got smaller each day, and it was mostly the same low-quality dishes. You had to arrive early, since some items ran out within an hour. Fruit choices were very limited, and the lentil soup from lunch was reheated for dinner, just like the chicken. Water came in 200 ml plastic bottles, and there was no fresh juice.

The animation team kept us entertained all day, and everyone we met, from reception and the bar to the lifeguards, helpers, chefs, and entertainers, was cheerful, polite, and helpful. The mini disco was a favorite. We stayed two nights and felt we got more than we paid for. We’d come back every year. Our family room, room 1222, was roomy and had a separate adjoining room for our child. The air conditioning worked well, the shower had a jet head, and we had a beautiful Mountain View. The room’s toilet and bedding were clean, though the floor was dusty at first. I told the lady in the lobby and it was swept and mopped again. The lobby and public toilets were clean too. The pool was lovely and the slides were fun. The hotel is right by the beach, which I found too pebbly, but my child loved it. We always found free sunbeds and poolside tables during our stay (30 August- 1 July). We liked the food and never went hungry. There was a choice of meat, including fish, chicken and lamb every evening, as well as fruit, vegetables and desserts. I think guests who stayed longer may have got bored of similar meals, even with some variety. If you expect a luxury buffet with lots of different meat, fish and chicken options, you may be disappointed. I found some previous reviews harsh, and this stay exceeded my expectations.

Leaving SL Laperla Hotel was hard because I enjoyed every moment of the vacation. The bartender at the outdoor bar deserves a special thank you. He’s always cheerful and kind to guests, and makes the most delicious cocktails. He made my evenings there memorable. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d love to return.

This was my second stay, from September 5th to 8th, and it turned out terribly. Housekeeping stole €100 from my wallet and another €100 from my sister’s. We’d left our wallets in the room the whole stay and never took them out. I emailed the hotel with a complaint and got no reply. I can’t recommend it. There’s no security and no one takes responsibility for guests’ safety.
