The staff were polite and helpful, and both dinner and breakfast were great, with plenty of choices. A really nice hotel, highly recommend.

A big hotel with two pools, a full Turkish hamam, a basic gym, and good internet. The people were really pleasant, and the food and service were great. Some activities cost extra. All in all, one of the best hotels in Kapadokya. I recommend it.

We were charged a lot when our Turkish tour operator booked us here in 2019, though I can’t remember the operator’s name. The location is far from Cappadocia, so we had to take a taxi to reach the town center or tourist attractions. The rooms weren’t clean, and the dark corridors felt scary. I don’t see how this could be rated five stars; to me it’s more like a two or three star hotel. Looking at the photos, decide for yourself whether the grounds look like those of a five star place. I’m still angry about how the tour operator ripped us off.

I only visited the spa, not the hotel, and can absolutely recommend it. We had a hammam, massage, and facial. The staff were incredible, and the quality was fantastic.

The food and rooms were both very nice, and we found the price reasonable, worth every euro. My wife and I had a lovely stay in this cozy hotel by the Kizilirmak river. What stood out most was how helpful the owner and staff were. Even with small requests, they’d do everything they could to make us happy. Big thanks to Ismet bey, Nurten hanım, Selim and Nur at the front desk, and bartender Seda for all their effort. Keep it up!
