The location was so handy, three minutes on foot from the İDO ferry terminal and bar street, and two minutes from taxi and minibus stops. We got a warm welcome, and the staff readily brought fresh towels and a hairdryer when we asked, even though there were already towels in the room. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the sheets and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was delicious, easily worth at least 500 TL if we'd had the same meal elsewhere in Avşa. We also liked spending the evenings on the terrace, and they let us check out later since nobody was arriving after us. A friendly place, and definitely my first choice if I come back to Avşa. Thanks to everyone there for everything.

We left after our week-long holiday really happy. The breakfast was amazing, and the stay was such a pleasure, you have to experience it to understand. Thanks especially to Murat Bey, Çigdem Hanim, and Muhammed Bey for being so warm and sincere. Thanks for everything, glad you're here :)

The location gets four stars from us since there's no sea view, though it's about 300 meters from the sea and 300 meters from the clubs. Everything else, from the room to the service, gets five. There was a water cut one day, but the solar heating system came through, and we still had hot water. The room's large balcony was a nice bonus, and the air conditioning, kettle, and mini-fridge were all useful. Clean sheets reassured us most. We also loved the spacious garden, the swing under the olive tree, and waking to a warm "GOOD MORNING" from the friendly owners and staff. They're always ready to help, and their sincerity really added something to our holiday. It's much more than an apartment. Give the garden cats a pet, and say hello to Kekik from us.

I was last here two years ago, and the ownership has changed since then. The new owners are very friendly and attentive. My family and I were pleased with the spacious, clean rooms and how close the apartment is to the beach and coast. I'd gladly recommend it to anyone thinking of coming. Best regards...

I've traveled all over Turkey, and nowhere has made me feel so welcome, like part of the family. I was very happy with everything, from breakfast and the table to the room and garden. Thanks for it all 🤍🤍
