Walton Nisantasi Residence

Miss Meyar Semah kept the apartment very clean throughout our stay. Abdullah at reception was also a big help with planning our trip and arranging things we asked him to reserve. He was professional, responded consistently, and went beyond his job to help. His service made our stay really nice. Thank you, Abdullah.

The reception staff were friendly and helped us get towels, and they also gave us water and umbrellas at no charge. The hotel itself was in a shameful state, though, and nothing like the photos. There weren't any large towels in the apartment, and the blanket had some kind of yellow stain. To get five stars from me, the apartments would need a full renovation.

The bedding needs attention. The mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat, so I struggled to sleep well. Still, I had a pleasant stay at Nisantasi residence. Its location was spot on, with shops, restaurants, and public transport easy to reach, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. Mr Abdullah and Mr, Naheem were especially helpful. I'd recommend it for the location and service, and hope they upgrade the beds and pillows.

Getting to the residence was difficult. We couldn't stay there because of a booking problem that couldn't be resolved, but the man there was extremely polite and helpful. I don't remember his name. He found us another, larger apartment in a better location at a special price, and even helped us look for another property to stay in.
