We felt comfortable and safe throughout our five-night stay. The hotel was peaceful and very clean, and the staff were warm and professional from the time we arrived until we left. We sincerely thank the management and the kind team for making it such an enjoyable visit. We hope to return, and wish them continued success and all the best.

Please don't book this place. He charged me twice for the accommodation and never hosted me at all. My flight was delayed past midnight, and instead of waiting, he told me the whole week's reservation had been cancelled and I needed to book again. I did, and he kept that payment too. Then he deleted the WhatsApp messages that showed what happened and blocked me. I spent the entire next day at the police station.

The location was good, but everything else was terrible. We made it to the hotel during the stated check-in time, around 11:50pm, and there was nobody there to let us in. We'd been messaging the owner from the taxi, and he'd confirmed someone would check us in if we arrived before midnight. We called several times and sent messages when we found the lights off, but he ignored us, even though we'd just been speaking about ten minutes earlier. I think he assumed we were still at the airport, locked up, and turned off his phone. We had to find another hotel at the last minute, in the middle of the night. The street looked dirty and the area a bit shady, and we didn't feel safe waiting outside, so we stayed in the car while looking for somewhere else and hoping the host would answer. The owner only replied more than an hour later, blaming us for not arriving on time. We asked for the first night back and whether we could check in the next morning, but he refused and said he was keeping the money for all three days. We eventually got the payment back through our credit card, and Booking wrote him up for being dishonest, but the whole thing was a huge hassle. Later, the owner kept messaging us until 3am, still blaming us even though we'd arrived before midnight. He even sent random security footage of the other side of the street to claim we weren't there. We'd originally said we'd arrive late and asked about checking in after midnight. The owner said no, and threatened to cancel the reservation for all three days without a refund if we didn't arrive before 12am. Luckily the plane landed early, and we paid extra for the taxi driver to hurry so we could make it. Unless you're completely sure you'll arrive during the day, I wouldn't book here. If the owner thinks you'll be late, he cancels and keeps your money, without even offering check-in the next day when you've paid for several nights.

He wouldn't open the door when I got to the property. He said I was three minutes late, even though I'd arrived before midnight and had told him I was trying to find the building. I'd called many times and paid 2,300 LT for a taxi, asking the driver to call him too. I ended up staying at his nearby hotel and lost 60 euros trying to reach booking customer service. It felt very unfair and disappointing.
