Sura Design Hotel and Suites

We were here with an infant, and the staff supported us in every way. We felt at home. This was our first stay at the Sura Design, and we loved the experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and full of amenities. Breakfast was fresh and amazing, and Sezgin and Bayram were so welcoming and helpful. It's a perfect spot for sightseeing, just a 1-3 minute walk from basically everything in the sultanahmet district. 5/5.

Breakfast had lots of fresh choices and was delicious each morning, and the outdoor areas and atmosphere made the hotel a lovely place to relax. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that felt luxurious without being over the top. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Sura Hagia Sofia is just steps from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and many of Istanbul's best-known sights, so exploring was easy and enjoyable. It was a wonderful stay from start to finish. We'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you, Naima.

We were in the heart of Istanbul and could enjoy the view from the terrace over Sultanahmet square. When we asked for slippers or coffee, they brought the entire hotel, that's how helpful they were. As someone who works in tourism, I can honestly say this business center provides comfortable and safe tourism. The operation is more capable than 5 stars, and they can easily handle it. We're glad we met the sura family. We did their marketing because we felt we owed them something. Tourism done right isn't about the price of the nights. We had a nice weekend at Sura Design Hotel, staying for 3 nights. The rooftop restaurant was 5 stars, with delicious food and a fantastic view. Prices were a bit high for the area, but it was totally worth it. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and Gullu at reception deserves special thanks. She was professional and arranged our transport from the hotel to our driver perfectly. The location was ideal, just 3 minutes from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Highly recommended!
