Nematullah at breakfast was especially helpful and pleasant. He greeted us warmly every morning, stayed attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. His kindness and positive attitude added a personal touch to our stay. The whole team made us comfortable. Service was quick, requests were handled promptly with a smile, and the staff were efficient and attentive. We had a wonderful stay, would recommend the hotel, and look forward to returning.

Lunch here today was a very pleasant visit, and the hotel is easy to get to. The food was delicious. Daminda was especially kind, attentive, and professional, patiently explaining things and looking after us throughout the meal. His friendly manner made it even more enjoyable. Nematullah and the other waiters were friendly and supportive too. I'd definitely recommend the place.

The room was the weak point. The flooring was badly damaged in many places, and the room didn't feel close to 5-star standard. Still, breakfast was great with plenty of dishes to choose from. The staff were welcoming and polite, and even offered us a free room upgrade. The location was quite convenient. We would recommend it, though the rooms need renovation.

We made fantastic memories here on our first holiday abroad as a family. The staff made us feel looked after and at ease the whole time, welcoming us warmly and always helping with directions, recommendations, or anything else we needed. The hotel was comfortable and charming, and ideally placed for sightseeing, restaurants, and enjoying the city's atmosphere. Both the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia were within walking distance, making it a great base in the heart of Istanbul. I'd highly recommend it, especially for families.
