Nooruddin, the manager, went above and beyond to help us settle in. Even while off shift, he helped organize our rooms and arrange an airport transfer. The hotel looked beautiful and the service was excellent. I’ve never had this level of hospitality at another hotel, and I’ll definitely come back.

The hotel is older, but perfectly acceptable, and I had a positive stay. The location suited me well, with historic sights, shops, and transport all within walking distance. Service from the staff was commendable, and room service was always on time and up to standard. Leyla was especially responsive and provided timely, high-quality help. I’d rate her 10 out of 10, and think she deserves a reward. I’ll recommend the hotel to friends.
