The location was amazing, near the metro, train, tram, and bus station. Staff were very friendly, the rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, and the bathroom had a great shower. One small thing: it’d be nice if they provided a “do not disturb” hanger for the door, so the staff or cleaner wouldn’t come in while you’re busy.

We’d been in touch before arriving for our non-refundable booking, so we thought everything was sorted. Then close to midnight, exhausted from the trip, we got there and were told they were fully booked. It was frustrating and disappointing. They moved us to another hotel, where we stayed for the rest of our trip.

The rooms and service weren’t good, and the receptionist showed no respect. I planned to stay three nights but decided to leave after two. He told me the price would go up if I didn’t stay for all three nights, and that he wouldn’t take back the discount he’d already given me.

I came across this hotel by chance last night. It was quiet and clean, with a great location and good breakfast. I’d recommend it for individual travelers.

The people here are honest and genuine, and their hospitality is unmatched. They really go out of their way to make sure you’re okay. Very clean, too.
