The team helped us figure out the metro and other ways to get around, and Omar (the spelling may be different) even walked with us through the snow all the way to the subway/metro station to make sure we got there safely. Everyone was friendly and very helpful, and they made us feel at home. Whenever we came back after walking in the cold, they brought us tea. Breakfast each morning was delightful, and the hotel was great value. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.

We found the hotel fully booked on Booking, so I can't really recommend them. They had canceled our reservation two days before the trip, first saying the hotel would be closed on the dates we had booked and suggesting another of their hotels. Later, their explanation changed to say it would be closed permanently and the workers would lose their jobs.

The staff were amazing, lovely, and always ready to help. We slept in incredibly comfortable beds, and the rooms were reasonably spacious for such a great location. Breakfast was delicious and filling enough to keep us going while visiting the nearby sights, just a few minutes away. 10/10, we'd come again.

We were impressed by the breakfast, which was fantastic and more than enough, and the tram is just 300 m away. The room was cleaned every day, the bed was perfect for sleeping, and the staff were very friendly. We weren't sure what to expect, but everything about the hotel was excellent. Dani and Tudor from Romania recommend it.

They took 2000 dollars from us, and because we didn't have time to file a case, the police couldn't help. It's a bunch of scammers under one umbrella. If you're willing to risk getting scammed, stay at this hotel.
