The cleaning lady deserves special praise. The hygiene was at the highest level, and she was so kind, cheerful, and hardworking. The staff in general were fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms and elevator are small, everything feels a bit miniature, but that didn't matter in the end. The location is fantastic, with lots of lovely places within easy walking distance. We didn't get to use the spa because we ran out of time. Highly recommended!

The room was small but fine, although there was some street noise. Breakfast was excellent, and they even offer baklava. The staff were outstanding, and I'd give the hotel five stars.

I wasn't staying at the hotel. I came in at 11h30 asking where I could get breakfast, even though breakfast places had closed at 10h30. The man had the kitchen make us breakfast anyway. Really good service.

Beethoven Hotel Premium Istanbul was clean, spacious, and well cared for. Its convenient location puts restaurants, shops, and major attractions within easy reach, and the friendly, helpful staff made it good value for the price. The central AC was a little noisy, and we could sometimes hear loud sounds from outside. Apart from that, everything was wonderful. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul for a comfortable stay.

The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the staff were friendly, quick to help, and always smiling. I felt genuinely looked after. Breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted great, while the spa and wellness facilities were a lovely place to relax. My room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated, with every detail considered. It was cleaned and tidied meticulously each day. Every moment of my stay was outstanding, and I highly recommend the hotel to business and leisure travelers alike. I can't wait to come back.
