The staff were attentive, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and fairly quiet. Breakfast was simple but efficient, and the breakfast team gets 10/10. After my medical intervention, one staff member even used his own private telephone to help me order food, then made sure I got ice whenever I needed it. I really appreciated that extra effort and the warm hospitality.

The hotel is quiet and feels very safe, and every member of staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Reyhan, the head cleaner, was especially attentive and friendly. She made me feel like family, and I think I’ve made a friend for life. The buffet breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a great selection. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean, and the location is perfect, close to public transport, shops, and loads of places to eat. I’ve stayed in Istanbul many times, but this was my first stay at Buke Hoyel Şişli Istanbul and the best one yet. I’ll definitely book here again. Everyone was kind, happy to help, and up for a friendly chat. Thank you, Buke Hotel Şişli. I can’t wait to return. X

Nargis made the stay especially pleasant. She was professional, kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made me feel genuinely welcome. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and its location is convenient. I had a wonderful stay at Buke Şişli Hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.
