Levni Hotel & Spa - Special Class

Levni Spa & Hotel made my birthday stay feel special. We came back in the evening to find a cake and a lovely note in the room, such a thoughtful touch. The staff were warm and friendly, and the room was really comfortable after a day out. Breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and the pool, sauna, and spa were spotless, well kept, and felt luxurious. The hotel is a short walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Galata Tower is reachable too, but you have to cross the bridge and walk uphill. The Bosporus is just one road down, great for a scenic stroll. I had a wonderful visit and will come back.

The staff really made our stay at the Levni Hotel. Everyone we met was kind, welcoming, and helpful the whole time. I wish I could name them all, because they deserve credit for the work they do. The rooms were fantastic, and the location made it easy to explore the city. We had a genuinely lovely stay, and I highly recommend it.

The receptionists were the best part for me. I got to know about five of them over the week, and they were nice, relaxed people. Those conversations gave the trip a more honest feel and let me hear some local perspectives, so thanks for the hospitality. The rooms are fine, and you can pay more for a better one. The hotel’s standard is good, and we had no problems. Breakfast is an okay buffet, but don’t expect a huge spread. The spa is okay too, though its opening and closing hours aren’t ideal, and honestly you may not have time to use it. Treatments cost way too much, so I’d try another place, like "let’s relax my spa". Food around here is pretty expensive, and there are a few scammers. Still, the metro is right outside and the tram is a few minutes down the road. Most of Sultanahmet is close by. Breakfast is nice to have, but I wouldn’t eat there every day. Go explore and do local things, and chat with the staff.

The location made it easy to reach Istanbul’s main attractions, either on foot or by public transport, while the hotel itself was quiet enough for a good rest. We were there as a married couple celebrating our anniversary, and felt welcome from the start. The hotel also arranged lovely anniversary surprises that touched us and showed care for the little details. Ahmad Abdo was especially hospitable and professional, always ready to help, and his attention and kindness made everything go smoothly. Kerim was also warm, helpful, and always smiling, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Our room was modern, spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, with an especially comfortable bed. The rest of the hotel was impeccably clean too. Breakfast had a delicious, varied selection of fresh, high-quality options. We’d gladly return and recommend Levni Hotel Istanbul to couples and anyone who values thoughtful service and genuine hospitality.
