We only stayed briefly for a day trip, but it was very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and good value for money. Staff were helpful and attentive, and the hotel is conveniently right across from Galataport. We had an early departure and couldn’t eat breakfast. After we told the hotel the day before, they thoughtfully packed sandwiches for us to take at checkout. There’s also a rooftop bar and restaurant, and you can order food to your room anytime. We found the restaurant very delicious. I’d recommend this hotel, especially for a short stay.

The view is the only reason for the two stars. We stayed five nights, and the hotel was clean, with friendly staff and a really handy location: trams, buses, and other transport are right outside. But the noise was awful. We could hear conversations from the rooms next door, and the lounge music on the 7th floor carried down to our 4th-floor room until 3:00 AM. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, and a few small details in the room didn’t feel hygienic. Breakfast tasted good but never changed, so it got boring after a few days. Food and drinks at the hotel were pricey too. We wouldn’t return, even with the convenient location and nice staff.

We were on the 5th floor, directly below the restaurant, and the noise started around dawn. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep, and the soundproofing is very poor. Service was average, too. To me, this feels like a 3-star hotel at best, not a 4-star one. I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone wanting a quiet stay.

The room had an amazing view, and breakfast came out quickly and tasted delicious. Housekeeping were respectful and helpful. At reception, Eylül was especially kind and respectful, and some of the young men working with her were attentive and helpful too. Thanks to all of them, we had a wonderful stay.

This was my fourth stay, and I’d be glad to see everyone again soon. Eylül and Fatih were so kind and professional, and the whole team was welcoming and ready to help. Their care made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication. 🌹❤️
