Levni Plus Hotel

The hotel was calm, safe, and cozy even though the surrounding area was lively. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and many city attractions are close too. Getting around Istanbul was easy from here. Tram and bus stations are within walking distance, and so is the ferry, which made it simple to get to the Asian side or elsewhere. Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Murat were helpful from day one. They were respectful, gave us advice, and helped us figure out how to navigate the city. They were so nice to us. I’d definitely recommend this place.

The exterior doesn’t look like much, but inside our room was really spacious, clean, modern, and very nice. Abdullah helped us in a friendly, professional way. It’s a great hotel in the old town, and we’ll keep it in mind if we return to Istanbul.

Even in such a busy part of Istanbul, the soundproofing was excellent and I slept peacefully. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, so it’s easy to explore on foot. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Breakfast had lots of choice, with a good mix of English and Turkish food, and the service there was lovely. Most historic sites are within walking distance, the rooms are quite spacious, and the bathroom was clean with a good supply of soap and shower caps. The customer service was great, and my daughter adored Isabella, the hotel cat. We’ll definitely come back to explore more of Istanbul. A few things could be improved: toilet paper should be supplied as standard, the towels looked a bit old and could use replacing, and the room was dusty. I used a towel to deal with the dust quickly.
