The noise at night made it very hard to sleep, and the reception experience was unpleasant from the start. The young woman at the desk was rude and unprofessional, and I felt uncomfortable and disrespected instead of welcomed. I also genuinely felt I was treated differently in a negative way, which no guest should have to experience. Respect and equality should be basic standards at a hotel. For a relaxing, respectful vacation, I'd strongly advise looking at other options. There are better hotels that value guests and provide professional service. Very disappointing.

The staff were sweet, helpful, and accommodating throughout, including Ayoub, Sahar, the concierge man, and the cleaning ladies. I can't remember everyone's names, but they were all lovely. I also appreciated that although the AC was centrally controlled and set to heating in November 2025, they eventually switched on the AC in my room at a temperature I could tolerate. I was there for a medical procedure and couldn't handle the heat because of my medication. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and great, and the hotel was close to the place I needed to be. Do expect 10-15 minutes of walking on elevated streets to reach Sisli center. Grocery stores like sok and migros are closer, with a BiM store just down the street across from the hotel, and the delicious soup restaurant Souper nearby too. Breakfast was good, with some hot dishes changing daily. The main road can be noisy, but the noise was manageable for me and I felt safe returning later in the day. I have two suggestions: add shower shelves so toiletries don't have to sit on the floor, and replace the awful breakfast machine coffee. It tasted like instant coffee such as nescafe, and isn't right for lattes, cappuccinos, or even a plain brewed coffee. I always went to a real Cafe outside for coffee.

The staff made the stay memorable with their warm hospitality, constant smiles, and attention to detail. Eyüp✨, Emrah✨, and Abdurahman✨ were especially kind, welcoming, and professional, and their lovely spirits made everything more enjoyable. The whole stay was wonderful, and their service left a lasting impression. Thank you for a memorable visit 🌟

The rooms were clean and great, and the hotel itself was very nice. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly. They also have a very nice restaurant, and abdullrahman was the best, making my stay really nice and easy. My heartfelt thanks to all the staff.
