Mass Apart

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The rooms weren’t clean, and it was so noisy I could hear the neighbors talking, as if I were sharing an apartment with someone. The manager was disrespectful and rude to customers. He also asked for a deposit and never returned it when I left. Be careful about staying here.

The place was really dirty and noisy, and the reception and manager were loud too. The manager, Adil, asked me for a deposit and didn’t give it back when we checked out. It felt more like a scam than a proper place to stay. A very bad experience.

I spent five months here and don’t think I could have found anywhere better. The apartments are beautiful, well decorated, clean, and feel like home right away. Most of all, the team made the stay special. They made me feel welcome and part of the family, and were always around to help. I’m really thankful I found this place, and would recommend it to anyone needing a long stay in Istanbul.

The place has a quiet atmosphere, so you can sleep without being disturbed. The service and location are amazing, and the staff are polite and friendly, especially the receptionist, who also provides great security. I recommend staying here if you’re coming to Taksim for a holiday or for business.
