I came to Avşa with some assumptions that turned out to be wrong. We liked the clean, tidy rooms, and the location made everything easy: the ferry terminal and all the restaurants and entertainment spots are about a five-minute walk away, while the clear sea is right outside. We don't need to try anywhere else now, this is where we'll stay next time 👍

I honestly hadn't expected the businesses on Avşa Island to be this good. The sea was wonderful, and the staff were genuinely attentive and caring. For what we paid, it was 10/10 value.

We had such a lovely holiday with the kids. The view was amazing, and it was easy to get around because everything was close by. Ms. Şükriye looked after us so well, and the little dove on our balcony was adorable ♥️♥️♥️

The only things I liked were the sea view from the top floor and how close it was to the water. The rest of our stay was really bad. Water kept cutting out, including in the shower, and there wasn't enough to cook with. When we complained, someone would turn it on and only a little came through before it stopped again. The owners didn't seem concerned, and they wouldn't answer the phone. The top floor had a sheet-metal ceiling that made it unbearably hot. Crows were over us all day, making so much noise it felt like they were inside. The kitchen barely had any supplies, the old knives wouldn't cut, and the stoves were uneven, one side got hotter than the other. The rooms were very worn too, and a small cupboard door came off in our hands. Flies were everywhere and became a nightmare. The rooms below the roof had been renovated somewhat, but there was no air conditioning, and they were hot and stuffy. Service and attention were zero. If you come here knowing all this, you won't regret it. I saw people arrive and leave within two days.
